HOUSTON, T.X. – Republicans for National Renewal has announced its endorsement of Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones for Governor of Georgia.
Mark Ivanyo, the Executive Director of Republicans for National Renewal, issued the following statement:
“Burt Jones was America First before it was fashionable. As the first member of the Georgia General Assembly to endorse Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2015, he stood with President Trump while establishment politicians were still mocking and attacking the movement. Jones later took a bold stand for election integrity following the stolen 2020 election and endured years of politically charged investigation by Biden-era prosecutors. Jones emerged from that persecution without any charges, and with his integrity intact and his commitment to the MAGA movement stronger than ever.
“As Lieutenant Governor, Jones has fought to cut taxes, oppose the migration agenda, defend Georgia families, and eliminate discriminatory DEI schemes from public education.
