WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republicans for National Renewal has announced it is endorsing Matt Gurtler in his campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives in Georgia’s 9th congressional district.
Mark Ivanyo, the legislative director of Republicans for National Renewal, said the following:
“Matt Gurtler is a highly impressive young candidate with a strongly held commitment to a foreign policy of bringing our troops home and putting American interests first.
“In the Georgia state legislature, he has demonstrated a consistent willingness to stand up to the political establishment on matters of principle, earning the title of ‘Mr. No’ for his independent streak.
“We strongly encourage supporters of the President to back Matt Gurtler in the runoff on August 11, 2020.”
